Nevada Rye demonstrates how she makes her famous nut brittle during the Lake Yale, FL southeast regional meeting. Attendees were treated to 6 different brittles during the demonstration. Gerri LaForge won a container of almond brittle. Nevada made several batches for the auction, which always brings "spirited" bidding.
