Worldwide Annual Membership Fees:
- Individuals or couples - USD $35 per yr., $90 per 3 yrs., $125 per 5 yrs., $500 Lifetime.
- Student - USD $15 per year
- Corporate - USD $125 per yr., $325 per 3 yrs., $450 per 5 yrs.
- Sustaining - USD $50 or more per year for those Individuals or Couples who voluntarily pay annual dues greater than regular active members.
Join by mail - Complete the printable membership form, in PDF format. Non-US checks or Postal Money Orders will not be accepted. All membership dues may be paid with a credit card as explained above, and mailed to the name and address on the form.
