Venue: Great Otways Tourist Park, Gellibrand, Victoria, Australia
Accommodation: Reserved 11 cabins and 4 motel rooms at the Great Otways Tourist Park.
Caravan and camp sites available at reduced cost.
Motel accommodation in Colac once Otways Park full (25 minutes away) at extra cost.
Meeting Room: Reserved Gellibrand Public Hall for six days
Registration Fee: $690.00 AU$ per person ($540.00 AU$ per person for powered caravan site)
Meals: Lunch provided (except Friday), morning tea provided and dinner provided (except Wednesday).
Transport: Christians bus Lines, 57-seater for full tour group.

Day 1: Monday – AGM,
Otway Forest and Timber History presentation – Norman Houghton, After lunch travel by personal vehicles (sharing where we can)
Lavers Hill Arboretum – Alistair Watt, Melba Gully forest walk,
Dinner at Gellibrand Hotel.
Day 2: Tuesday – Bus Tour via Apollo Bay
South West Timber and Milling – Small bespoke and rustic furniture maker using environmental methods.
Apollo Bay Sawmilling – Old style saw mill.
Maits Rest – undisturbed old growth forest walk.
Redwood Pine Plantation – small test plot of now 100 year old Californian Redwoods. Dinner at Gellibrand Hotel.

Day 3: Wednesday – Bus tour Colac district Bambra Agroforestry Farm – Rowan Reid.
AKD Integrated Forestry and Softwood Timber Processing – alternate choice Colac Botanic Gardens. Carl Karacsay Furnishings – fine furniture manufacturer to order using local timbers.
Dinner at Babil Oddfellows Restaurant (Turkish cuisine) – own expense.
Day 4: Thursday – Auction and Open day for local participation.
Dinner – barbecue at the Tourist Park.
Day 5: Friday – Travel by personal vehicles (sharing where we can).
Triplet Falls Forest walk with outstanding scenery and historic relics of early logging and timber harvesting.
Otway Fly – explore the eucalypt forest from ground level into the canopy from raised walkways.
Lunch at own expense at Otway Fly café.
Dinner – barbecue at the Tourist Park.
