In Memoriam to Richard Lamb #9560

Dear Friends,
We have lost Richard Lamb on September 28th. 2013. He had a degree in biology and taught at Chicago State University. As a biologist, he naturally loved trees and the items made from them. His collection included more than 300 wooden boxes and other turned items. He wanted his collection to go to IWCS members. Dorothy, his wife called and ask for a person to pick up his treasures. Judy and I made a trip to Chicago. Wow, I don’t think I ever saw a nicer collection. We will bring some items to the Florida. meeting for all to enjoy. Many thanks to Dorothy. A friend in wood.
